Refund policy
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMER
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once we have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product , please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send an email to jewelssamarah@gmail.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However , the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Samarah Jewels and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Replacement will be given on Damage Products during Transit Only and there will be no refund of the original amount.
Complaints if any should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the products via email at jewelssamarah@gmail.com along with supporting photos/videos and unboxing video.
We kindly request that you provide a proper unboxing video as part of your complaint. This will help us expedite the resolution process. Please note that complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
